Where can I get a contact list of Kenyan writers or bloggers?

I’m trying to market a new app we created where readers can find all their favorite stories in one place. Its already live on the playstore and now trying to hack the marketing.

Does anyone here have a list of writers or readers that I can buy for promotional purposes...numbers maybe?

Or do you know someone who might have such a list?
