Is it really a good idea to create yet another niche AI tool?

My name is Emanuele, and I am a T-Shaped Frontend developer.

My idea is to take a niche (for example, teaching) and create a tailor-made AI tool.

Create study plans for my students, correct assignments that I myself have created on the app, and insert a school calendar to know how to manage time to complete topics by the end of the year. Always have a general and objectively contextualized overview of a student's career during the current year, knowing the ups and downs.

I would develop it all as a WebApp (easy for any teacher to access at any time).

Do you have any advice on where to start? What technologies do you recommend?
