Issue with Libre 3 showing wrong reading. Serious issue

Diabetes T1 here 38M (Over 22 years being a diabetic).
Always been a finger prick guy, last year i moved to a FreeStyle libre 2 and 4 months later (Nov 2024) they migrated me to a Libre 3. All been good, no sensor issues at all, until yesterday i noticed that i was low on sugar... a lot in the space of 3 hours. I Was eating Carbs, kept on and on and no changes. My partner told me to go with my senses and something feels 'iffy'. Anyway, she then recommended that i find my old finger blood tester, tested it and guess what, my sugar was extremely high. this was 2230hrs, and getting this down to an acceptable standard takes a few hours.
Im about to raise an issue with Abbott now, Has anyone ever seen this before?
