Water no longer running through machine

Found today that water would no longer running through the portafilter or hot water tap.

Tried cleaning, purging and descaling but no joy. The machine will make noises like it’s trying to push water through but it ends up going directly to the drip tray.

Water will still come through the milk frother when purging so I assume there’s some kind of blockage somewhere.

Under warranty so that’s fine but before I go to ninja has anyone experienced this? Is there something obvious I’m missing?
