What are some of the most horrific ways to use the wish spell?

Assume some limitations on the wish spell obviously. For example instantly killing all citizens of a nation is not possible, but spawning a genetically coded super virus that will have to spread on its own is within possibilitys. Pretty much no instant infinity hand wavy stuff, unless it's cool obviously.
