M25F24 newbies to this lifestyle what do we need to know?

Me and my GF have been together 4 years now and the last few months we have turned a corner in our relationship, both sexually and emotionally. We had some pillow talk a few weeks back and she had told me about guys while she was out checking her body out and flirting (I think she was testing my reaction)

I told her it’s obvious guys would stare and want to flirt with her as she’s a young attractive girl! And it’s the most flattering thing ever when she tells me that stuff, she moved on and mentioned my close friend that she caught looking at her boobs and ass a few weeks prior and again I just said I can’t blame him.

Since this discussion we have started watching a open relationship/ swingers/ cuckold series on TV and she has made multiple remarks like “that’s how I can imagine us me leading and you enjoying it too” and “we need to keep watching you have so much to learn”. I want to bring up the idea of swinging or cuckold but need it to be the right moment. How did you all bring this up with your partners? I get the vibe that is what she wants but id hate to spoil things when we are in love! Any advice would be appreciated
