Will this be big bottleneck?

I currently got rx6600 with ryzen 5 4500. I ordered a 9060xt 16gb, and I plan to upgrade to 5600x next month. I'm curious if 4500 will cause big bottleneck on 9060. Will I still see better fps compared to 6600. Also I got 1440p monitor
