Personal Statement

Hello all, I am aware there is an awful lot of posts and comments about personal statements but only posting about one now for some clarity.

There seems to be a large recruitment drive for the Home Office for AO, it is asking for a 250 word PS. Does anyone have any advice for what to explicitly aim for in such few words. I’ve done others for 500/750, but condensing down actually seems more difficult.

TIA.
