Supercell, this is a bit absurd

This all started almost a year ago around the Good Randoms season where my credit card I used for my game purchases was hacked. When this happened I did request refunds from my bank, but I didn’t get the choice of what I could have refunded. -60k gems on my main account. But it wasn’t just that account, I would pay for my brothers and my cousin occasionally because yk just being nice. But now I can’t do anything. My main is about 3k in debt (MAINLY BP+ PURCHASES) both my brothers have -5K which isn’t bad. My cousin, -40k (mainly BP+). But it’s gotten to a point where I can’t really do anything. I still buy BP+ and Pro Pass but it didn’t do much for me. But now I get to my real problem. We are finally eligible for the transfer of Squad Busters purchases to other games. They will not let me because of these negative gems. I want to be able to use my money k spent and they are killing off the game I spent money on. They still have the money so I should be able to transfer it regardless of if I have negative gems or not. Something else I think is a BIT crazy is how I cannot get a single thing in SS store. I understand the gem offers ngl because they have extra gems attached. BUT EVERY OTHER OFFER? EVEN JUST SOME RANDOM FREEBIES? PROFILE ICONS? REALLY? I’ve missed out on quite a few exclusive pfp and various other freebies because of this and it’s extremely frustrating. Idk what to think anymore. I’m still going to love and play brawl but the gem transfer is kinda the thing that broke me and made me want to finally post about this. Thoughts?
