Bruny Island Cruise Tour vs Traveller Day Tour

G'day. I am travelling to Tassie in next January. I am considering between the 2 Bruny Island tours of Pennicott - the 3-hour cruise tour and the traveller day tour. In your opinion, which tour is more unique and fun? The cruise sounds so fun and I would love to see whales and dolphins, but will I miss out much by not going on the rainforest walk on the island?
