Christmas dinner/lunch

What's everyone making this year? Mains, sides, desserts? I should really start buying things when they go on sale, but I haven't figured out the menu yet.

Recipes from the other side of the world don't really cater for the cost of living crisis we have, so I'm hoping to get inspo from foodie hosts here.

Would love to find out what dishes you're making to impress/feed your party guests - extra points if they use cheaper supermarket items.
