Form 2. Selling my house that ive renoed the bathroom myself.

Hello. I live on the sunshine coast QLD. Currently just undergone putting our house on the market. The conveyancer has just contacted us to begin the form 2 (sellers disclosure statement).

My problem is i renovated my bathroom myself 2 years ago. I had a waterproofer and recieved a certificate for that. Did the tiling myself. But the plumbing i did the easy stuff but got a plumber in for the rest. i paid cash and didnt get any certifcates from him. I also didnt get any building permits as at the time i didnt believe i needed too but now looking at councils website i may have been wrong.

Anyway on the form 2 it states to notify 'Building work was carried out on the property under an owner builder permit in the last 6 years'

Do i need to notify them because technically i didnt get an owner builder permit.. i dont want to be liable if for some reason it leaks in a few years. Has anyone got experience with this?

Im not sure if i can talk to the conveyancer about this as there is client confidentiality unless for legal reasons so she could notify the council?

There is another option in which i notify the council pay the fine and get a ceritifier in but at the moment ive got a walk in frameless screen Apart from the shower area the rest of the floors level so technically isnt upto code unless i put in a full shower screen wall to wall. Theres also a few tile imperfections in areas where they arent leveled so he may just say its not good enough and tell me to rip it all up.

If you can help me in anyway please im tearing my hair out really regretting ever touching the bathroom. Its stunning but really causing me problems here.
