Moving jobs after getting a property

Hello po! Para dun sa mga nakakuha ng housing loan asa area like Naic, Tanza, Gen Tri, San Pablo Laguna etc... did you also move jobs?

Im 31F and with savings of 1.2M. Planning to get married by 2027 but gusto sana namin is kumuha muna ng house before ng wedding. Mas pipiliin namin gumastos sa house kesa sa bonggang wedding po.

But my fiance and I work here in Makati and yung mga houses na afford namin is nasa far south na talaga. Wala na masyado rent to own near our workplace.

Im wondering if you're someone na nakakuha ng property sa mga areas I mentioned, lumipat po ba kayo ng work since malayo po sya sa city? How was the transition? I assume provincial rate na din po sa mga ganung lugar tama po ba?
