Survivor Perk Build Planner (Notion Template)

Hey everyone,

I made a Notion template where you can browse all survivor perks and create your own builds directly inside Notion. You can search perks by name or by keywords like “Skill Check,” and add notes, images, or YouTube links to builds you’ve seen or want to try.

I made it for myself and my friends to keep track of different loadouts, but figured others might find it useful too, so here it is: https://mangoeendje.notion.site/2a75d6ed5d978062819ffe06f3c6dac4?v=2a75d6ed5d978168b3ac000c7113e569&source=copy_link

Please duplicate the template so you can use it yourself.

Note: I only play survivor, so I don’t have any plans to make a killer version of this template.

Keep in mind that I copied the perk descriptions when I first made this template, and I don’t plan on updating them after every patch. That’s why I added a “last edited” view to each perk, so you can check and update them yourself if you want to.

Not a Notion expert - just did my best with what I know.
