Oneplus 12 not recognizing sim card after updating to latest update

Hi all,

Yesterday I updated the software (to CPH2851_15.0.0.863EXO1V120P02) on my Oneplus 12 (European), and ever since then it has not detected any aims. I had a physical sim in there that no longer works, and I tested with my partner's physical sim too and that did not work. The esims I had have disappeared from the options list and it will not let me add another, nothing happens at all when pressing the add esim button.

So far I have: tested with 2 physical sims; restarted phone multiple times, including leaving it off for a long period; reset the network settings in the phone.

Does anyone have a fix or any further things I should try?
