IAE questions

To the best of your knowledge/experience from previous years.

1: Will ALL ships be available to buy on their manufacturers day?

2: Will previous best in show ships make a comeback on best in show day, or are just that years winner for sale?

3: Are discounts normal? Or are things usually full price?

Thanks for your time.
