Looking for an episode

Hey all, longtime fan of The Dollop here :) There's an episode I wanted to listen to again, but unfortunately I don't remember the name. I think it was about a rich and/or noble man from Europe and there was a running gag throughout the episode about his mother lamenting about things while looking out over the sea. I know it's not much to go on, but does that ring any bells for anyone?

Thank you!
