Blabla car

So I travel very often and I have the Deutschlandticket but it takes so long and in weekends it's frustrating. I always wanted to try blabla because it's fast and cheap and comfortable but I don't because I'm worried the driver might be a serial killer or sth. I have also asked my friends about it and everyone has had good experiences. And I know I should read the reviews but still... So I wanted to ask, have you guys ever had a weird experience? and another thing, do I have to talk to the driver and have conversations all the way? I know it's called blabla and having cool conversations is fun but sometimes I don't feel like talking and just want to listen to music or sth.
