Hey everyone, I came across a local brand called Nutrify and noticed that their PCOS tea is one of their best-selling products. My sister was recently diagnosed with PCOS and has been struggling with symptoms like weight gain and hirsutism (excess hair growth). I’m a bit skeptical about these kinds of products, so I wanted to ask if anyone here has personally tried Nutrify’s PCOS tea and could share genuine experiences or reviews. Also, I’ve read that spearmint tea might help reduce hirsutism — has anyone noticed real results from drinking it regularly?
