B/f's son got 2nd DUI within months of 1st location: PA

My bfs son got his second DUI 4 months after his first. He hasn't even went to court for his first one yet. His hearing for the first one actually got continued to after his hearing for his second one. So the first time he actually goes to court will be for a hearing for his second DUI. He has no criminal record, but he does have a severe alcohol problem and needs help. What do you think will happen to him. This happened location: Lilly Pennsylvania
