Been trying to figure this one out for years

Alright so this is my first ever Reddit post honestly, I'm really hoping I can finally figure this out because it eats at me every few days and I can't seem to find it anywhere when I look it up. Anyways all I can remember is that the song was probably out in the 2010s maybe? It was a sort of boy band I think that sang the song. Something like 5 seconds of summer or something like that. I know it had to do with something about headphones and the music video was a boy and a girl at night I believe kind of like in a weird building with lights. I know it's not a lot to go on but I'm hoping you guys can help 🙏
