13-16mm belly button ring with added hoop for charms

is there any place that sells 13-16mm belly rings with the added hoop for a charm? i’ve been looking and i can only find 10mm belly rings:/. i have a piece of jewelry with a hello kitty charm i want to wear so bad but 10mm is just way too short for my belly! so i would like to take the charm off of the original piece of jewelry and add it onto the new piece! but i cant find a belly bar long enough, with the added hoop. thanks so much in advance! i hope everyone who sees this has a great day! ^_^
