Ps3 fat cfw

I have a ps3 fat CECHK04 nor 4.92 I am currently on hen but i want to switch to cfw

When I check the dump file It's all bad (102)

So, what can I do? Back to ofw and tree a new dump file Or is it safer to continue the process?
