I just got diagnosed, I don’t even know how an asthma attack looks

It was a coincidence that a doctor found it out because I was doing a sleep study but since I was at a lung doctor they also did breathing tests a lung scan.

I have no idea how an asthma attack would even look like. I’m diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and was told this is often falsely diagnosed when it’s actually asthma. So maybe I sometimes confuse anxiety symptoms with asthma symptoms?

My RV says a score of 2.19 and RV%TLC 2.40, 177%

I’m female 27 How do I know what severity it is ? If I didn’t notice until now it’s probably mild?
