Why does ronaldo get this disrespected???

Ik the guy is very problematic, ik that messi lives in his head rent free, he's not had a good night's sleep since 2022...... blah blah

But why is it so normal for ppl to disregard everything he's done so far? I find it so hard that rival fans, especially culers who are messi fans, to actually accept that he's one of the greatest there is.
