Sugar free cake recommendations?

So my sister asked me to make her my hazelnut chocolate cake for her birthday which unfortunately has a lot of sugar and is based on white wheat flour. But unfortunately I have recently got candida overgrowth and I still want to make something I can eat when the rest of the guests eats my delicious sweet cake. It doesn’t have to be delicious, just good or even okay will do. I am looking for cake recipes that are sugar free and preferably low carb. I can say that I am a quite good amateur baker but I always bake with wheat flour and sugar and have no experience in working with for example nut flours or totally sugar free cakes ( I often swap some of the sugar with erythritol or xylitol but usually like 50% max). I see a lot of monkfruit based sweetners in recipes but it’s not available in my country. I have access to erythritol, xylot and inulin. Please give me your favourite sugar free low carb cake recipes or tips!!
