Can a three way mirror helps you to part the back of your head ?

I’ve been holding a big ass mirror to try and part my hair, my arms are hurting and the result isn’t even that good. I know parting takes practice but any way i can make the process easier i’ll take it. (I heard you have to use it facing a bathroom mirror to see the back though.)
