Why do I suddenly feel so blank when it comes to urges?

Like sometimes for fun I would just look at nsfw shit and nothing really happens. I also have tried touching myself but like, nothing? I just don’t feel any amount of pleasure at all really. Good for the challenge sure but I don’t exactly want this to keep up past November.
