Hey guys I need YOUR expertise

So I've been looking to buy a Replica of one of my favorite watches but am unsure about it because he used to accept PayPal business but doesn’t accept PayPal anymore. Does anyone have an experience with this seller? His phone number is +852 6478 3270. I’m very curious about your answers.
