Can’t move in BIOS

I have a Logitech K280e Keyboard and I’m able to access BIOS normally but once I’m in I can’t move around. I can’t enter anything, the LEDs on the keyboard aren’t on either.

I’ve tried plugging it to the different USB ports, I’ve tried using a PS/2 adapter.

If you guys know anything pls help me, the real issue is that I want to enable secure boot but it won’t let me in.
