Thinking of buying my first car- is this a good deal?

Thinking about buying my very first car, so I’d love some opinions from people who know more than I do.

I found a Lynk & Co 01 PHEV for around 19 000-19 500 EUR.
It’s a 2022 model with about 100k km, still under warranty until april/may 2026.

Why this one? Or PHEV general? It would mostly serve as a city car, I would need it once or twice a week, plus a few longer trips home during the year (approx. every 2-3months). I also have access to a cheap garage and permanent charging at work, so running costs shouldn’t be crazy....(IMO).

I’m honestly not sure if this is a good deal or if I should keep looking, as it's my first car. I see reviews tipping mostly to the positive side of the experience, which is encouraging.

Anyone with experience with this model, Lynk & Co in general, or PHEVs in this price range… I’d really appreciate your thoughts.
Worth it or better skip?
