Do most people not wear sunscreen/reapply sunscreen on their face? Why or why not?

I noticed that a few people around my age are already getting wrinkles on their forehead and near their eyes. Whenever I hang out with my 2 friends, I don’t see them apply sunscreen or reapply when I’m with them. Me, on the other hand, apply in the morning and every 2 hours while I’m in the car or using public bathroom. I get weird looks from the other women washing their hands but idc.
