Mesh Routers: From my ISP (Yallo) or DIY?
Hi folks, I have an old style apartment with the living room on one side of a passage way and the bedroom on the other. My wifi router is in the living room as that's where the fibre connection lands in my apartment.
As a result, the wifi connectivity in my bedroom is quite poor. I am looking into getting a mesh router to alleviate this issue. My ISP is Yallo and I was wondering if it is better to get a mesh router directly from them or is it easy enough to get something like the TP-Link solution and set it up yourself. I'm a software engineer by profession and messing around with router configs is not beyond my skillsets.
Thanks!
