7inch Ereader to make notes too

Hi all,

I just want a good quality (300PPI) screen to read books on and be able to take basic enough handwritten notes the odd time. I'm not a professor, not a scientist but I do want something that's clear and somewhat pleasant to write on.. any advice please?
