FC25/26 all defend tactic

Is it possible in any of the games to make a tactic to ACTUALLY park the bus?
Think of 9 players always back defending when u lose the ball.
in fc25, I switched my tactics to park the bus, and put a pretty defensive formation of 5 defenders and 3 midfielders, but my midfielders including the CDM always push forward even when they're set to Center Half - Defend.

any tips?
