Should I test the new GPU with my older PSU?

Build Help

Greetings everyone! I managed to grab myself an Asus TUF RX 9060XT OC 16Gb during BF and a PSU from MSI, MPG A850G (850W, 80+ gold, I mainly got it for my GPU but also for future upgradability). The main problem is, the PSU may be delivered a lot later. The GPU will come today. My PC was bought with all the parts preinstalled, therefore I have a 520W PSU (honestly Idk the manufacturer and the pc is pretty old, almost 8 years old and I did a small upgrade last year). If I do get my GPU today, should I test it with my current PSU, or will there be a risk? And how long would it take (am like a total beginner at this) for me to install the new psu, let along do some cable management? P.S: these are all my current pc parts : Segotep SG-K5 case black, 4x aqirys fans, aqirys puck pro cpu cooler, MSI MPG B550 Gaming plus mobo, 64 gbs of ram, r7 5700X, 3HDDs, 2x SSDs (128Gbs one and other one with 256gbs), msi gtx 1060 3gbs and a 520W PSU.
