VFS India Poland > What's the difference between National Others & National Dependents?

Hi,

I want to book an appointment for National Dependents visa, but I see a "National Others" as well. There are more slots available for national others than for National dependents. What's the difference? Can I apply for a dependents visa under National Others? I read from some WA groups that it was successful, but I'm checking with the community here.
