Looking for job application advices

Hi everyone, I am looking for any advice/kind of help in my job hunting I feel stuck and like nothing is working but I don't know what is it. Tried reaching out to recruiters but barely any answers or no answers at all.

It's basically over a year now and I can't even make a step forward to even be invited to the company/phone interview, straight forward rejected just by mail. I am trying to land a job in the IT (I know that the job market is not that great at the time). At the beginning I was only applying for frontend developer roles (any kind entry, junior), which didn't go well. Then i started applying for roles that doesn't require too high qualifications, that didn't go well as well, I tried applying to jobs that doesn't require qualifications at all (like mounting internet cabels on field) no positive answer from them as well.

I am 24 years old with graduated electrician for computer technology and automation (recognized in Germany), after that i decided to enroll in CS, but I didn't fully finish it due to personal life things. I have solid background in computers, programming, hardware and software etc. constantly developing myself independently in this field. I don't have a professional (real world, company) experience, but I'm sure I can do the job required (especially after the on-boarding) I can easy adapt and learn fast in the working environment.

If the no professional experience is an issue what should I do? I've tried applying to companies which offers learning paths with them and working for them, no positive answers from that as well. I am just trying to land a job somewhere in the field and build up a career.

Any advice is welcome and please avoid talking how bad the market is at this point everyone knows that. Thank you!
