Outdoor photos look cartoonish l — indoor ones look fine

Hey guys,

I’m new to AI image generation and using Draw Things on my MacBook M1 (8GB).

When I make indoor photos, they look pretty realistic — but whenever I try outdoor scenes (like daylight, natural light, or people standing outside), they turn out cartoonish or over-smooth, kind of like a painting.

I’ve tried different models like RealVisXL V5 and Juggernaut XL, also changed LoRAs, samplers, steps etc… but the outdoor results always look the same.

Is this maybe something to do with the M1 chip or Draw Things rendering ?

Or is there a specific setting to make sunlight and outdoor lighting look real?

Would love any help or advice from other users who managed to get true outdoor realism.

I’m still learning, so please explain in simple steps if possible
