Fine and penalties

Honestly whoever came up with our government relying on fines and penalties as a source of income miscalculated. Fines are meant to deter crime & punish offenders, NOT a source of government REVENUE.

Having this as a source of #Revenue in the national budget defeats the purpose—regardless of the fact that our debt burden could be >70% of GDP in 2025.
