Anyone unable to change their test?

The start now button on the 'change your test' page does not work for me now ... Just loads endlessly and eventually timed out.

I was able to get in to the queue for booking a new test this morning without issue, but weirdly when I put my license number in it said I was using the wrong form and directed me back to the above, non working.

Can anyone else confirm? I have done all the usual remedies (cleared cache, cookies, settings, tried different browsers, no VPN, tried two different WiFi connections on my laptop AND via data (mobile phone) on my phone. Nothing has worked.
