Private clinic vs hospital

Hi all, I’m trying to understand the differences between having a rhinoplasty done at a private clinic versus a general hospital. The surgeon would be the same in both settings, and the pricing is nearly identical (the private clinic has slightly higher anesthesia fees). In terms of overall care, charting (EPIC), and follow-up, I would assume the hospital might be more structured.

I do have family/friends who work within that hospital system, and I’d prefer my chart not to be visible to anyone I know. Aside from the privacy of a private practice, what are the actual benefits of choosing one setting over the other?
