Are the sizes for Nike "Lifestyle" and "Running" shoes the same?

Hi all. I live in a country where the Nike store does not have any sizes below UK 5. So I am having my brother buy shoes from the UK to bring to me on his next visit.

I am looking to order the Nike Pegasus 41. I currently wear Nike Air Max 90 Size UK 3.5 and it fits me perfectly.

What size should I order for Nike Pegasus 41? Would it be the same as Nike Air Max 90? Or any difference? Any help would be appreciated!
