Georgia

So my boyfriend is currently working in Georgia bcuz I was going to study there and he applied for visa and all . Now his colleague's are saying like the rule is gonna change and we should work in the same company in which trc was issued and also the students can no longr work in part tym jobs. he is working in a Indian restaurant. So what are possibilities of making this laws official. Is there other way he can stay in Georgia with me.
