Planning to write cfa level 1

So im a third year mbbs student ( medical degree in india) but i have no interest in working in this field and plan on doing an mba after this, i feel like clearing cfa level 1 will add to my resume while also helping me get depth into topics in mba, is this a good plan ?? Also i know that we can give the level 1 exam in final year of our course but noone really explains with regards to mbbs since ill have a year of internship after my final year, so can i still give it in my final year??
