Does the Niagara Pen Centre Open Early For “Mall Walkers?”

Hi everyone. I can’t find any information on if the entrance opens before the actual mall at 10 am.

Trying to go for daily walks and since winter has hit, I’m trying to find indoor places.

Thank you!
