Ex GF(F25) came back for FWB, but is also seeing someone else

Idk if it’s the right sub since she came back but idk where else I could have posted. I’m 24M.

We ended things in january after a lot of on and off, and since then we only met once in april for a one night stand. Since then, she would sends me message or signs every month (adding songs to my playlist, random call in the middle of night), but because i was upset with how things ended, i never gave in.

But recently, i started to really miss her and when she reached out again, i said yes. In her own words, she wanted « a sex friend, a situation with me ». So with the time having healed the wounds, i gave in and last week we had drinks followed with amazing sex. I thought we were going to slowly start things from scratches again.

But she also told me that she started talking to a guy she seems to really like, and wanted to do things seriously with him = not see me again if she started seeing him.

I don’t really know what to do. I feel played, she got her night with me and now she’s saying that it may end whenever she decides to get serious with this guy.

We were supposed to meet tomorrow and get drinks (sex was also implied) but she clarified that nothing was going to happen, because she’s seeing the guy this weekend and would feel bad to have sex with me. So maybe it’s a shit test to see my reaction, maybe she wants to convince herself, maybe…

But i don’t really like this situation. I have feelings for her because we had a very intense relationship back then, but i know im not in love. what do you all think ? have you ever been in this situation ? thank you all
