I am planning to ask a guy for a date

I am thinking that I should ask the guy out because I find him cute and I've been thinking about him since 3 months, I've seen him going a little cozy with me , complimenting and other stuff We are in the same university but different colleges I asked for his number this morning so I can call him in the evening or tomorrow to ask out , and he would be the first person for me who's approaching, otherwise unless a boy won't approach I am not initiating anything so this is the first time Kinda nervous about what if he deny but he likes my stories , replies to my edits Wish me luck for tomorrow
