Software engineers in India: What's your minimum monthly budget for comfortable living in tier-2 cities?

I work at TCS in Bhubaneswar and my cost of living is significantly lower than Bangalore or Mumbai—around ₹25,000-30,000/month for comfortable solo living (good apartment, eating out regularly, entertainment). This makes tier-2 cities attractive for remote or flexible work. For others in similar cities: what's your actual monthly spend? Could you realistically live on less while maintaining quality of life?
