Current state of royalty mods?

Do any of you guys play with royalty mods? If I have understood right, some of them aren't very frequently updated. I might be wrong, though. How do they work with current updates if the modders don't update the mods? 🤔

I'm mostly interested in llazyneiph's mod. Do you have any other recommendations?

Thanks in advance! 💘
